In the Republic of Belarus according to the State program of village sustainable development for 2011-2015 the further perfection of organizational structure of agroindustrial complex is stipulated on a basis of state-private (individual) partnership, development of the integrated formations uniting processing, making and trading organizations. In the basis of subjects integration of managing lays their reorganization. It gives the basis to believe, on the one hand about reorganization of the enterprises as the property complexes, providing transition of the property right to property and full or partial assignment of obligations, on the other hand - integration of the commercial organizations as industrial systems. In course of the study there were presented the main results of activities of integrated formations by regions of Belarus. Also there were analysed stistical data of supply of organizations belonging to the Ministry and Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus via companies engaged into commodity distribution network with the Belarusian investments.
