Study on spread of fascioliasis (Fasciola hepatica) of cattle in the territory of the Republic of Belarus was presented. There was shown data on seasonal distribution and degree of invasion of cattle infested with Fasciola hepatica. In 2008 – 2010 in Belarus there was marked a decrease of cattle invasiveness with fascioliasis by 2.18 times in comparison with 2005 – 2007. There was shown that a national complex anthelmintics (tetragelmintotsid, trifastim and fenalzol), which have immunostimulatory, anti-oxidative and hepatoprotective actions, are effective wormicide against fascioliasis of cattle. After anthelminthic treatment of cattle infested with Fasciola hepatica by tetragelmintotsid there was marked a 23.4% increase of milk producing ability, by fenalzol – 35.86% increase and by immunoparazitam – 37.31% increase. There was set that pasturable preventive measures (regular surveillance of supposed habit area of mollusks Galba truncatula and annual molluscicides treatment; drainage; alternation of grazing; using of cultivated grassland equipped with stock watering) together with dehelminthization are guarantee decrease of fasciola eggs contamination on the grazing lands and reduce potential infection of cattle with Fasciola hepatica.
