صينى. 本研究通过对长白山区沟谷沼泽乌拉苔草湿地土壤-植被锌元素循环规律的研究得知:土壤总锌量随着季节变化不同剖面层的变化规律不同:深层土B、C变化趋势与乌拉苔草季节生长变化趋势基本一致;而表土层和A层土变化趋势在5月份乌拉苔草返青开始下降至6月份达到最低之后,说明锌对乌拉苔草生长有直接影响。有效锌含量的变化深层与总锌量变化趋势基本一致。说明土壤有效锌含量动态与总锌量动态变化和地上植被生长有直接关系;地上植被部分,锌在不同构件中含量不同:根含量最多,是因为根直接从土壤吸收土壤有效锌的结果;其次是立枯物中最多,说明乌拉苔草具有富集重金属锌的作用;叶片中积累锌量在6-8月份最高,说明乌拉苔草叶片刈割期锌含量最高,占总量的12%;在根从土壤中吸收转移有效锌是在5月份的A层最多,6、7月份的表层最大,与季节变化和乌拉苔草生长发育时期有直接关系。

The circulating law of trace element zinc was studied in Marsh from Carex Meyeriana wetlands in Chang Bai Mountain,there was difference in variation law of content of the total Zn at different profile with variation of seasons.Change trends of layer B,C and seasonal growth of C.Meyeriana were basically identical,and it decreased in the period of turning green in May and the content reaches its minimum in July.It showed that Zn directly affect the growth of C.meyeriana.The changes of content of available Zn and total Zn at different profile were basically identical.Dynamic change of Zn content has direct relation with the growth of standing vegetation.Different Zn contents were exit in different structures of parts aboveground vegetation,and Zn content was the most in roots and it may related that roots absorption available Zn from the soil.Followed by standing deads,it showed that C.meyeriana have the ability of absorbing the heavy metals Zn.Amount of Zinc accumulation reaches the highest from July to August,which is 12% of the total.The roots absorption available Zn reaches it's maximum in layer A in May,and was the highest in layer B,C from June to July.It have the directly relationship with variations of seasons and period of development of C.meyeriana.
