An Assessment of Land Resources on the Low-Slope of Mountains and Hills in Karst Areas | 喀斯特地区低丘缓坡资源适宜性评价与研究

صينى. 【目的】通过对喀斯特地区金沙县低丘缓坡土地资源适宜开发为耕地、林地和建设用地的适宜性情况进行分析，以期能为该区的低丘缓坡资源开发利用提供参考。【方法】运用特尔菲法对金沙县耕地、林地和建设用地评价因子进行筛选，构建评价指标体系，计算各相关因子的权重值，并采用DTM模型分析确定耕地、林地和建设用地的坡度值，依此建立低丘缓坡适宜性评价模型，然后在GIS软件平台上通过叠加分析的方法，得出低丘缓坡土地资源宜农、宜林、宜建区的空间分布和数量。【结果】在金沙县低丘缓坡资源中，宜农地所占面积相对较少，勉强、不适宜开发为农用地的土地面积占绝大部分，高度适宜仅占总体面积的8．12％，中度适宜占总体的26．52％；宜林地所占面积较多，高度、中度适宜开发为林地总共占宜林地总量的63．33％；宜建地总体面积不多，高度、中度适宜占总体的21．14％、24．59％，具有很大的开发利用潜力。【结论】金沙县低丘缓坡资源丰富，对其开发利用可以为金沙县城镇化、工业化发展提供土地储备。

إنجليزي. [Obiective] The aim of this study was to analyze the suitability of farmland, construction land and woodland in Jinsha country on the low-slope of mountains and hills. This study could put forward some effective land-use programs for exploitation of land resources on the low- slope mountains and hills. [Method] The index of assessment was selected and value of weight factor was determined using Delphi experts discuss method. DTM model analysis was used to cal- culate the slopes of farmland, construction land and woodland. We established a land suitability evaluation model by overlaying analysis on GIS software platform and the spatial distribution and quantity of land resources was obtained. [Results] In the low-slope of mountains and hills in Jin sha country, the area of appropriate farmland was relatively small. However, the most of land re sources were unsuitable or barely suitable farmland. The proportion of highly and moderate suit able farmland were only 8.12%, and 26.52%, respectively. Appropriate woodland coverted more areas and the highly and middle suitable woodland accounted for 63.33%. The area of appropriate construction was relatively small but the portion of highly and middle suitable land were 21.1%and 24.59%, respectively, which has great potential for exploitation and utilization. [Conclusion] Land resources on the low-slope of mountains and hills in Jinsha country is rich, which can provides land reserve for urbanization and industrialization development of this city.
