Study on Inosine Monophosphate and Intramuscular Fat Related Multiple Gene Pyramiding Effect in Meat Quality Broiler | 优质肉鸡肌苷酸与肌内脂肪含量相关基因聚合效应研究

صينى. 【目的】探讨多基因聚合在优质肉鸡分子育种中的可行性。【方法】运用PCR-sscP和测序技术检测ADsL、GARsAⅡ2S―GART和A―FABP3个基因的优势纯合基因型(CCAAMM)。【结果】研究结果显示,3个基因的优势纯合基因型聚合后代完全也是优势纯合基因型(CCAAMM),在后代个体中优势纯合基因型个体的肌苷酸含量显著高于其他非完全有利聚合基因型个体(P〈O.05)。除了cCBBMM型,ccAAMM型的肌内脂肪含量显著高于其他聚合基因型(P〈O.05)。【结论】推测cCAAMM聚合基因型可作为大恒优质肉鸡肉质性状有效的候选标记。
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إنجليزي. [Objective] The aim of this study is to detect the feasibility of multiple gene pyramiding breeding in well-quality Broiler. [Method] Single nueleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of candidate genes in Daheng well-quality Broiler with S01 line (parent strain) and D groups (pyramiding off spring) were detected by PCR-SSCP and sequencing. [Results] The result showed that dominant homozygotes genotype (CCAAMM) in their F1 offspring was also CCAAMM genotype. The ino sine monophosphate content of the dominant homozygotes genotype (CCAAMM) was higher than other genotypes (P 〈0.05), the intramuscular fat of the dominant homozygotes genotype (CCAAMM) was higher than other genotypes (P〈0.05) except for the CCBBMM genotype. [Conclusion] We speculated that the homozygote genotype (CCAAMM) was a major marker affecting chicken meat quality traits.
