Effect of different substrate and cuttage specification on vessel cutting growth of Lycium barbarum | 不同基质与插穗规格对枸杞扦插生长的影响

صينى. 以‘宁杞1号’为试验材料,研究了不同基质配比及规格和不同插穗规格对枸杞扦插生长状况的影响。研究表明:4种基质中以A基质(原生土:细绵沙:森林土为2:1:4)的萌芽率最高,达到84.6%,而C基质(原生土)萌芽率显著小于其他基质,仅为50%左右;插穗规格则以径粗0.3-0.5cm(Ⅰ规格)表现出最大萌芽率。生长上,A基质最适宜插穗地上部分的生长,而D基质(原生土:细绵沙为1:1)则在根系生长方面更有优势,各插穗规格均以径粗0.5-0.8cm(Ⅱ规格)的插穗扦插生长效果最好。多层次灰色综合评价结果显示,12种处理中以基质A-Ⅱ和D-Ⅱ的2种处理综合优势最大。

The effects of different substrate and cuttage specification on cuttings growth condition of Lycium barbarum were studied to explore the improvement of the cuttings growth, so as to provide evidence for the production of seedlings. The results showed that 2:1:4 ratio of local soil’s and ysoil: forest soil (substrate A) had the highest germination rate which reached 84.6%, at the same time, local soil (substrate C) was lower than any other three, the germination rate was only 50% or so. The cuttage specification of 0.3-0.5 cm (I) showed the highest germination rate. Speck to the growth, the optimum of substrate for the growth of aerial part was substrate A, while the 1:1 ratio of local soil and sandy soil (substrate D) had more advantage on rooting growth. 0.5-0.8 cm cutting diameter (Ⅱ) had the best effect in all three cuttage specification. Finally, according to the grey comprehensive evaluation of all 12 treatments, A-Ⅱ and D-Ⅱ had the greatest comprehensive advantages.
