One of the common plant breeding methods is the creation of genetic diversity by crossing between parents and selection of generation among them. By using of this variability breeders can approach to new varieties of cereals. Greater genetic difference between parents leads to high genetic diversity. In order to approach pure line of rainfed bread wheat with profit agronomic traits, this study was conducted by Modified Bulk Method in Ghamloo research station during 2008-09 year. By this method selection in early generation was made through single plant and in F6 each plot was thoroughly harvested. Many agronomic traits such as early maturity, cold tolerance, plant height, tolerance to lodging etc were used as selection indices. Over all 272 in F3 and F4 investigated generations a number of 122 of them were selected and advanced to new breeding programs in next year using modified bulk method.
