Rhizomania and root rot diseases important factor limiting are production sugar beet. Resistant cultivars for resistance to diseases and one of the main ways to increase crop yield is considered. To access Resistant varieties, we must were created parent of resistant to diseases. Number of 45 half sib from Diploid of a free-pollinator with both disease resistance to root rot and Rhizomania planted on Torbat Jame region. The farm was infected to disease. Resistant of half sib to diseases were identified. Experiment was in a randomized complete block design with four replications. Evaluation of half sib for disease resistance were evaluated based on the relevant scale. Root weight was measured for each plot. Score of green color, score of root infection to Rhizomania and score of root form was given to roots.11 genotype were detect. Seed of genotype M1571 were reproduction. Root yield of The genotype M1571 was equivalent to 2 / 102% of resistant control. Infection to Rhizomania and root rot of the genotype M1571 was lowest on compare of other genotypes
