The establishment of Sahara Sindian collection is one of subproject that foresight on establishment Fadak Botanical Garden project. Its main aim was easy availability to Sahara Sindian plants and making a gene bank of them, it was necessary because of wide region, variation of species and hardly availability. From Sahara Sindian species of foresight 35 perennial plant were collected from Hormozgan, Bushehr and Khuzestan provinces and cultured on plat. For some species such as bushes and perennials, seed, slip, rhizome or sapling in nature were collected and for shrubs and trees provided material from nursery of Natural Resources. The species Acacia Spp. Prosopis cineraria ,Salvadora eleoides and Calotropis procera have a prominent grew. But Avicennia marina, Rhizophora mucronata and Nannorhops ritchieana demolished very soon. The species such as Taverniera spartea and Platychaete mucronata remained for 2 years and made flower and seed. The shrubs Rhazya stricta and Euphorbia larica although seems have a less adaptation in this region but made flower. This objection showed must of Sahara Sindian species can adapted on Fadak garden, however they need particular nursery in critical week of cold and hot weather. In this garden irrigation is necessary because of low level of under ground water and far away of rivers.
