Nowdehak range Research station repersented about 20 million hectars Iransstepic range land. some grasses such as Bromus tomentellus have been planted in this station since 1970. Determination of permissible harve ting rate of B. Tomentellus is very important in conversation and right operation . The effect of Grazing intensity of Bromus Tomentellus ( light grazing = %30 (A) , Medium grazing = %50 (B), heavy grazing =%70 (C) and zero grazing (D). A randomized complete block desing with three replications was employed . This study was conducted at the nowdehak rane research station. Factors measured were: dry matter yield .protein content, fiber content fractions (leaf, stem), high, number of tiller, diameter plant. in general Grazing intensity had significant effect on all factors. 1 . There was difference among treatments ( A,B, C,D ) in respect of hight and leaf percent. 2 - C showed the highest leaf percent and stem percent but there was no significant difference among others. 3 - There was differnce among treatments in respect of dry matter yield and decreased during years. C and B showed the lowest dry matter yield respectively . There was no difference among others. 4 - In general Grazing intensity had significant effect on crude fat, crude protein and ash percent. C showed the the highest protein (l5%) and D showed the lowest protein.
