The study was conducted to determine the effect of different bio-fertilizer on the growth and yield of vegetables and Return on Working Capital in producing pechay and eggplant. Randomized Complete Block was used in the experiment with the following treatments: T1-Control (No Biofertilizer), T2-Commercial Biofertilizer (CB), T3-Vegetable Wastes (VW) + 1MO, T4- Fruit Wastes (FW) + 1 MO, Weeds Stuff (WS + 1 MO, T5-VW + FW + WS (combination) + 1 MO and T6-VW + FW + WS + HM + CM + Trichoderma. Results showed that height, length and width of leaves and number of days from planting to harvesting of pechay were significantly affected by the application of biofertilizer from different sources. Height of eggplant at 15 and 45 days after transplanting, number of days from transplanting to first harvest and number of days from flowering to first harvest were not significantly affected by the different sources of biofertilizers. At 30 days after transplanting, height of eggplant was significantly affected by different biofertilizers applied. The different biofertilizer applied to pechay did not significantly affect the number of marketable plants while those fertilized with biofertilizer from fruit wastes + 1 MO (6,066.60 kg/ha) produced significantly higher yield which is comparable to commercial biofertilizer (6,200 kg/ha) used as check. Yield of eggplant was significantly affected by the application of different biofertilizers produced from farm wastes. Highest yield (6.92 kg) was obtained from plants applied with fruit waste + 1 MO. The application of Weed Stuff + Indigenous Microorganisms and VW + FW + CM + trichoderma gave the highest return on working capital to pechay and eggplant, respectively.
