صينى. 通过盆栽试验,研究了粘土矿物膨润土对不同浓度铜污染土壤中油菜生长及抗性生理的影响。结果表明:随着铜污染程度的增加,油菜的鲜重和叶绿素含量在逐渐降低,在同一污染水平下,施加膨润土处理能显著增加油菜的鲜重和叶绿素含量。在较高污染下油菜鲜重增幅大于低浓度污染;在较低浓度污染下叶绿素增幅大于高浓度污染。油菜丙二醛和脯氨酸含量随铜污染程度的增加而升高,在同一污染水平下,施加膨润土处理能显著降低油菜丙二醛和脯氨酸含量,在较低铜污染下降幅大于高浓度铜污染。

The pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of bentonite, the clay minerals, on the growth and physiological resistance of rape planting in soils contaminated by different copper concentration. The results showed that the fresh weight and chlorophyll content of rape were decreased with the increase of the copper concentration in the soil. Under the same contaminated levels, bentonite could significantly increase the fresh weight and chlorophyll content of rape. The greater increase rate of the fresh weight was observed in the treatment with high copper concentration compared with low one. On the contrast, the increase rate of Chlorophyll content at low copper concentration was greater than that at the high concentration. The content of MAD and Pro of rape were increased as the copper concentration increasing. The content of MAD and Pro could be significantly decreased when the soil was combined with bentonite, and decrease rates in the treatments with lower copper concentration were greater than that with higher concentration.
