صينى. 离体抑菌试验研究万寿菊乙酸乙酯粗提物对枣缩果病病原茵细交链孢菌[Alternariaalternate(Fr.)Keissler]稳定性表明:万寿菊乙酸乙酯粗提物热稳定性良好,短时间的温度提升可以提高粗提取物的抑菌活性;粗提取物在自然光、紫外光照射下具有较高的光活化活性,其抑菌活性随光照时间的增加而增强;此外,粗提取物在pH7~8条件下能较好地保持其抑菌活性;其储藏温度应保持在4℃以下。

In vitro bacteriostatic experiments using ethyl acetate extract of Tagetes eracta roots against the fungus Alternaria alternate infesting Ziziphus jujuba indicated that it had a good stability to heat. Rapid temperature ascending could activate bacteriostatic activity of ethyl acetate extract. It also possessed high photoactivity under conditions of natural light and ultraviolet ray. The bacteriostatic activity was enhanced with the increase of illumination time. Furthermore, it could keep a good antifungal activity under conditions of pH7 - 8, and the storage temperature should be kept below 4℃.
