صينى. 为分析番茄多心室形成的遗传背景,利用多年筛选的表现稳定且心室数差异显著的高代自交系——多心室番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) "MLK1"(心室数约为15个)和少心室番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) "FL1"(心室数2~3个)品系,分析了两个品系在硒ciated(缩写为硒)位点和lc位点的基因组差异及知基因表达情况。结果表明:多心室番茄“MLK1”的硒位点发生了倒位突变,硒基因的结构被破坏,但仍检测到触位点存在表达且表达量降低;少心室番茄“FL1”fas基因序列正常且序列与NCBI数据库比对相似性为99.83%;而多心室“MLK1”中lc位点序列也存在2个SNPs突变,少心室“FL1”中lc位点序列正常。说明野生型的少心室“FL1”在lc位点及硒位点均无突变;而多心室“MLK1”在lc位点及硒位点均存在变异,且变异的凰位点仍表达,这一结论为今后揭示番茄心室形成分子机制奠定了基础。

In order to analysis the background of forming multi-locule number, we used tomato MLK1 with 15 locule numbers and FL1 with 2 - 3 locule numbers which were homozygous and stable to analysisfacinated and lc genomic. Researches onfascinoted and lc genomic showed that fascinated was disturbed by inverted mutation in MLK1 and normal in FL1 which was 99.83% similar to NCBI database, while lc loci was 2 SNPs mutational in MLK1 but normal in FL1. Interestingly, the mutantfas was still expressed in MLK1. In conclusion, fas and lc were normal in FL1 and mutant in MLK1 and the mutant fas was expressed at low level in MLK1. Research on fas and Ic in various tomato could provide background information of regulating locule number and further research on locule number formation.
