Investigation of effects of the substitute host Ephestia kuehniella and Sitotroga cerealella of efficiency of Trichogramnia against of pomegranate moth. A. Ahmadian. Is the important pest on pomegranate orchards and causes considerable damage to the pomegranate crops every years. The biological control method with use of Trichogramma wasp is the best methods of the damage decrease of Ectomyelois ceratoina. This design with following aims begun in 2001 for the three year. In the first year (2001) with 9 and 7 times releasing the parasite in A.treatment Sitotraga cerealella and B.Ephestia kuehniella with as a result to existed pollution the decrasing rater was 60.8% , 57% and in the store 53.8% , 58.96% respectively. 9 and 8 time releasing the parasite in second year decreased the pest infestation in tow treatment 59.05% , 57.8% and 49.9% , 65.5% in the store. In the threed year decreased the pest infestation in A. and B. is 53.4% , 64% and 50.6% , 59.6% decreased the pest infestation in store.
