Release of high yield and good grain quality rice varieties impressive to increasing of country rice production. So, recognizing of gene action is necessary. For breeders QTL mapping of yield and grain quality traits is very important. So, two rice BC2F4 populations, Hashmi\\IR67418-110-3222 (Hashmi\\IR-22) with 144 and Hashmi\\Neda with 115 lines, that Hashmi was as recurrent parent, were studied during two years for QTLs detection of yield and yield components and grain quality traits. Some phenotype characters include plant height, length and width of flag leaf, hundred seed weight, numbers of full and empty seeds in per panicle, yield, date maturity, amylase content, gelatinization temperature gel consistency, grain length and width, and elongation rate have measured. Molecular analysis with SSR markers tested in two populations. Recognize of QTL mapping, epistasis effect and interactions with environment were detected with MCMC methods by QTLNETWORK software. One to five QTLs were detected for every trait was explained 1.2 to 69 percent of the traits phenotypic variation. The highest of additive effects and R2 were recognizaed for quality traits. Highest epistasic effects were recognized for yield. For yeild and yield components in two populations detected QTLs on 1,6,7,8 and 10 chromosomes. QTL clusters were on 2, 3, 4 and 5 chromosomes simultaneity affected appearance quality grains. QTLs flanked RM225 marker on chromosome 6 controlled grain quality traits and the same in two populations. Difference QTLs of some traits in two populations showed had genetic background difference of two donor parents. In the other hand some QTLs in two populations were the same, because the recurrent parent was similar. Some QTLs did not have significant effects, but had significant epistatic effects and affected to gene expression. Some QTL clusters controlled agronomic and quality traits simultaneity. These QTLs detection of main, epistatic and QE interaction effects of agronomic and quality traits will be used to management of breeding program for advance generation.
