Study of nutritional sources used by animal and poultry in the Fars province phase II: Evaluation of four range plants(Ferula ovina, Dorema Aucheri, Bromus tomentelus and Hordeum bulbosum.

Rang plants of FemIa ovina, DOTema Aucheri , Bromus tomel1lellus and Hordeum bulboSUI11 at the last flowering stage in different vegetative areas of fars province were colleoted by the randomly systematic method' and Emi:lIysed. Digestibilitg of plants were determind by in vivo method. Concentration of Crude protein (CP). Eher extract (EE) I Crude fiber (CF). Nitn;)gen free extraet (NFE), Ash , Organic matter (OM). Acid detergent fiber (ADF),Neutral detergent fiber (NOf), Ca, P, K, Na, Mg, Cu, Mn, Zn, Fe, of Ferula ovina was asfOllows; 16.63. 4.20, 18.70, 41.32, 12.31, 87.69, 0.27.0.47, 1.66, 0.31, 3.12, 0.043 0.278percent and 10.19, 34.45. 33.16 and 253.4 mg/k, respectivelyg. About the Dorema Aucheri studying factors were respectively as foltows; 13.9, 3.24, 17.08, 42.68, 16.46, 83.54, 0.22,0.37, 2.24, 0.26, 4.31, 0.03 and 0.32 percent and 8.32, 31.60, 27.35 and 328.41 mg/k. respectively.Also about the Bromus tomenteltus there figures were; 8.99, 2.02, 36.72, 38.20,8.44, 91.56, 0.36, 0.68, 0.59, 0.22, 1 ;69, 0.22 and 0.14 percent and 8.68, 35.49, 32.85, and 254.94 mg/kg, respectively.About the Hordeum bulbosum also the following data were shows ; 9.25, 2.41, 34.31, 38.34, 9.82. 90.18, 0.37, 0.68, 0.55, 0.16, 30.70, 0.03 and 0.21, percent and 9.12, 27.18, 28.07, and 257.75 mg/kg, respectively.According to the results of Ferula ovina, CF, NFE, Ash. OM, Ca. P, K, Na. Mn, Zn and Fe Were showed significantly difference (p0.01), and also CPo EE, Mg were significantly different (p0.05) but and other factors were not significantly different among the towns. The resaults about Dorema Aucheri showed that cp, CF...NFE, ADF. NOF. P, K. Na, Mg, Cu. Zn and Fe were siginficantly different(pO.01) and EE, Ash and OM were siginficantly different (pO.05) but other factors werenot significantly different amoung towns. Also about Bromus tomentellus the resaults showed that CP and Ca were significantlydiffernt (pO.01) but other factors werenot significantly different a~oung towns. About Hordeum bulbosum the resaults. showed that CF, Ash, OM, K. Mn and Fe were significantly different (pO.01), and Ca and Mg were also signific~ntly different (pO.05) but other factors werenot significantly different amoung towns. The apparent digestibility of OM, CP, EE, NFE, CF, OM, and TDN, and DE, ME of Ferula ovina was as follows; 56.3 , 66.88,72.5, 60.01, 38.99, 61.74 and 46.64 percent and 2.05 and 1.68 Mcal/kg rspectively. The, results showed that DCP (digestible crude protein) were significantly differnt (pO.05) but digestibility of other factors werenot signifi,cantly different amony the towns. These figures about the Dorema Aucheri were; 62.43. 68.55, 72.59, 67.65, 37.74, 65.94, and 47.11 percent and 2.07 and 1.7 meal/kg respectively. The resalts showed that digestibilty of DM, CPt NFE,OM, TDN, DE, ME were significantly different (pO.05) but other cases werenot significantly different in towns. About the Bromus tomentellus the following data were shown; 62.56, 61.35. 66.78,63.18,63.07,65.19, and 56.36 perent and 2.48 and 2.03 mcal/kg, respectively, that there was no significantly differnce between towns. About the Horedeum the figures were;61.38, 67.88, 53.66, 59.88, 64.67, 66.4 and 54.8 percent and 2.41 and 1.98 meal/kg,respectively. These results showed that digestibility of NFE were siginificantly defferent between' towns (p0.05) but other factors werenot significantly different.
