Sclerotinia stem rot of rapeseed caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (lib) is considered as one of the most important disease of the crop in north of Iran. Chemical control is very important because the method is compatible with other preventive and curative methodes. In this study the effectiveness of Alto combi 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.25 and 1.5 lit/ha rates, compared with 1 lit/ha of tebuconazole fungicide on reducing of the infection degree and increasing rapseed yield at physiological maturity during the years 1389 to 1391. Planting was performed in October of each year and the fungicides were sprayed at the flowering stage. The effectiveness of fungicides was evaluate in the physiological maturity by measuring the degree of infection and yield, the final statistical analysis was performed using MSTAT-C program. The results revealed that Alto combi was effective in controlling disease sclerotinia stem rot of rapeseed. Comparison of treatments indicated there was significant difference (P0.01) among treatments on the infection degree and yield. Alto combi with 1.25, 1.5 lit/ha and Tebuconazole with 1 lit/ha was the most effective treatment with 1.1.13, 0.88, 0.38 and 0.63 percent infection degree and 2902, 2941 and 3084 kg/ha. According to the results of different years 0.75 to 1 lit/ha of Alto combi fungicides is recommended for controlling of sclerotinia stem rot.
