One of the important factors in assessment of irrigation networks is crop production index. On the other hand, this index and other related indices in irrigation networks could change under environmental stress circumstances. Therefore, the main objective of this research was optimization and objective-oriented management of environmental stresses in irrigation networks, in a manner that under this circumstance (drought condition) to have little damage to the arable lands and to have maximum crop yield under drought with different severities in the Qazvin irrigation network. In this regard and for the purpose of water allocation optimization under drought conditions with different degrees, the water-production relations were used. Then using one of the optimization models, the LINGO model and the optimum water allocation model under different scenarios were developed. The results indicated that under full supply of water from Taleghan Dam, the water required in the network in comparison with the delivered water, showed a 9.88 % deficit. Moreover, comparison of current water distribution to the optimized distribution showed that the most difference between the real water distribution and the optimized one, relates to the L1 channel with 19.8% deficit. This is indicative of an evident difference between the current water distribution and the optimized ones. One the other hand, analysis of different drought incidence scenarios in irrigation network, indicates that the crops such as tomato, potato and alfalfa showed the least variations in real production to the maximum potential production.
