An experiment was conducted to determine the effect of inoculation of Rasha cultivar roots with three species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus on growth (shoot length, leaf number, leaf area, shoot and root dry weight), macro nutrient elements, chlorophyll content, temperature of leaf, RWC, soluble sugar , betain glycin and drought symptoms rate under water stress. Results showed that increasing water stress reduced shoot growth, leaf number and area, shoot and root dry weight. Fungus did not have a significant effect on these traits. Leaf temperature and dry symptoms was lowest in vines that inoculated with G. versiforme under water stress and leaves showed the high RWC too. By increasing water stress, soluble sugars did not increased, significantly but content of betain glycine was increased. Among macro nutrient elements, the highest amount of P was measured in leaves of vines inoculated by G. versiforme.
