Study and Selection in segregating population of bread wheat and preliminary yield trial 2009-2010.

In this study, ١٩ F population which had been received from karaj and ١٦٩ F,F,F,,٧ and were evaluated under space planting and mist irrigation conditions. During growing stages, each plant o population and generations were evaluated and the plants o each generation with best agronomic characters, stress tolerant and diseases resistant were selected. The selected plants on the basis o Modiied bulk pedigree method were separately harvested and the seed selection or each plant were also used. At inally the ٧ populations rom , accessions rom , single plants rom , were selected or evaluating, in , , o next year respectively. Although, wheat pure lines obtained rom to with desirable agronomic characters and disease resistance were selected to evaluating in preliminary yield trial o Ardabil Agricultural research station. pure lines obtained rom segregating generations o last years were evaluated in no- replicated preliminary yield trial with two checks (Shahriar and Gaspard). bread wheat Lines were selected based on desirable agronomic characters, high yield potential, diseases and abiotic stress tolerance. These lines will be evaluating in advance yield trials o next cropping season years.
