According to analysis on the factors which include foreign workers job satisfaction and job continuity using a structural equation model, the following results were obtained: First, economic factors such as wage and bonus had a significant effect (β=.77, t=4.970) on job satisfaction. Second, employment-related institutional factors (ex: Length of stay, perception of return cost insurance and workers compensation insurance,day-off, etc.) also had a significant effect (β=-.06, t=-.437) on job satisfaction. Third, living environment (ex: Lodging facilities, washing facilities, etc.) had no significant effect (β=.08, t=2.170) on job satisfaction. Fourth, foreign workers job satisfaction which is taken as the indicator of evaluation on employees and job satisfaction at work had a significant effect (β=1.11,t=6.415) on job continuity and willingness to recommend the job to others. In conclusion, the efforts to make foreign workers keep working for a long time are critical in securing skilled manpower instead of recruiting new workers in order to solve labor shortage in agricultural and livestock industry.
