In course of the bryological research there were studied the history of creation and development of the National Park 'Braslav Lakes'. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in 2011-2012. As a result of realized research there were stated the story of studying the flora of the area. The short data on the geology, history of formation of the territory, climate, hydrography of the Park were shown. An annotated list of vascular plants of the park, including 1.236 species, was presented. The list included both wild and runs wild species and cultivated in gardens, parks, home gardens. For each of them indicated Russian and Latin names, the environment, and frequency. For rare and protected species was specific location. A brief analysis of the flora and its main parameters were given. First attention to this urgent issue as role of bryophytes as an indicator of forest conditions of types of forests was paid. In this aspect was also raised briokomponent of urba- agglomeration. The features of sozological approach to bryophytes were considered.
