There is an objective necessity for the development of economically and technologically-based methods of increasing of crop yields, primarily due to more complete disclosure and use of their genetic and physiological potential. The solution of this problem is connected with the seed breeding and the methods of seedbed preparation. Seeds as the main carriers of biological properties of the plant determine the quality and quantity of crop yield. In agricultural practice to improve the crop productivity and quality of seeds of future plants, chemical and biological stimulants and variety of techniques of pre-sowing treatment are used: heating, exposure to direct current, currents of industrial and high-frequency, ultrasonic vibrations, handling with electric and magnetic fields, radiation, ultraviolet and infrared rays. The aim of this work appears the study, experimental verification of the determining factors of electro-technological processes and the development of a mathematical model of electro-technological stimulation of germination of green plants' seeds. The experimental results have shown that the use of combined treatment (a combination treatment of an alternating electromagnetic field of high intensity followed by the soaking of seeds in electrochemically activated water) provides the greatest efficiency on the basic parameters of stimulating impact-activity on seeds.
