The most important criterion of the evaluation of milk quality and standard capability appears the content of microorganisms, influencing grade of marketable production. For improvement of the process of cleaning and disinfection of milking equipment polymer silicon compounds are used. Silicon compounds represent colorless liquids, soluble in organic solvents and forming homogeneous thin membrane, sustainable to high temperatures. The research conducted to the evaluation of the influence of milking equipment's treatment with silicon and organic compounds on sanitary quality of milking machine is presented. It is established, that treatment of milk-pipe with silicon and organic compounds helps to reduce the number of bacteria by 53,6-16,5% and decreases the total bacterial count in raw milk by 37,9%.
