The immunologic efficacy of a polyvalent vaccine of a pilot batch and concentrated formol alum vaccines against salmonellosis in calves (manufacture by 'Vitebsk biofactory') has been determined in comparison study. Clinical researches have been lead in conditions of OS 'Mogilyov rajagropromtekhnika' in the Mogilyov area of the Republic of Belarus. It has been established that the vaccine leads to the development of active immunity against S. enteritidis exhibited in amplification agglutinating activity of blood wheys of immunizated calves to S. typhimurium on 29,5% from 18 up to 28 days of researches, in increase of activity to S. dublin on 27% by 48 day. Activity of blood wheys to S. enteritidis at calves of 18-day's age, imparted by a polyvalent vaccine, was on 32,1% above, than at calves, immunizated by concentrated formol alum vaccine. Then, by 48 day of researches, activity to the given activator increased on 27%. Contents IgM in blood whey of calves, immunizated by polyvalent vaccine, increased to 18 day in 2,1 times, contents IgG - increased in 4,1 times to 28 day of researches.
