Agricultural leasing appears one of the most important parts of the mechanism of technical service of agriculture and represents the tool of the successful renovation of fixed assets of enterprises. Leasing composes 25-30% of total investments number in global economy, but in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus leasing occupies only 3-4%. Leasing concept is similar to credit, but represents specific credit form, including the elements of rent and credit itself. The article presents the organization of leasing services in the agricultural sector of the economy of the Republic of Belarus, analyzes funding sources, efficiency, emerging risks, methods of analyzing of the financial status of the lessee. Implementation of the suggested leasing concept promotes enlargement of leasing operations, offered to agricultural enterprises (construction companies, educational institutions of agricultural profile, farms, scientific organizations) and provides positive dynamics in the process of renovation of fixed assets and industrialization of the production process.
