Purpose of the research was to evaluate the environmental stability and plasticity of varieties and hybrids of foreign potato (Solanum tuberosum) breeding in the Republic of Belarus and the allocation of most plastic and stable forms on the grounds of the yield and starch content. Parameters of stability and plasticity for yield and amyloid was determined for 11 of the most productive and 13 as starchy sample. On the basis of crop varieties were plastic Borov, Meduza, Barycz, Mirage, Promin and Slava Bryanshchiny. Stable yield and had a variety Dania and Ketsky. High plasticity on the basis of starch content for the 2008-2010 years showed grade Chervona Ruta and Bilina. The most stable species were grade Nayada, Bryanski nadezhny, Terrana and Romashka 8.
