In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented the results of studies of morphological researches of pigs' duodenum of 1, 15, 30, 45 and 60-day age. The most heterogeneous sizes of synaptic vesicles are revealed in the age of 15-45 days. Hence, high vulnerability intramural nervous system in first ten days after a birth speaks by complex system 'aplasia' of interneural and neural fibers relations. In the early postnatal ontogenesis of intramural nervous system of the duodenum of pigs contains a significant percentage of neuroblasts which differentiation occurs more intensively from 15 up to 45-day's age. During this period, neurons have a high plasticity and intramural nervous system of duodenum is capable to reconstruct the activity under influence of alimentary factors and medicamentous means, which should be considered in growing pigs.
