The main goal of the research appears evaluation of the influence of continuous electromagnetic emanation in diapason of mobile communication (900 MHz) on male rates of the 1-st generation on different stages of postnatal development and received from radiation-exposed parents according the research of some blood and bone marrow characteristics. The effect of the exposure to electromagnetic radiation of mobile phone at parents and their descendants, irradiated during ontogeny, is studied. Parameters of blood, bone marrow and the levels of thyroid hormones in the blood serum of the male rats of 2, 4 and 6 months are examined. After irradiation in the organisms of animals of 2 months age the increase of the number of white blood cells is noticed, express of the number of all cell leukocyte types, which is then followed by leukopenia (4 months) and at 2, 4 and 6 months is showed acceleration programmed death of lymphocytes, growth of PCE in the bone marrow and the tendency to increase the frequency of micronuclei. In the 2-month animals after exposure to electromagnetic radiation of thyroid hormones levels in the blood serum are reduced, and vice versa of thyroxin and triiodothyronine in 6-month-old male rats is increased.
