The current stage of development of the global food market is characterized by radical revision of ideas about the directions of formation and transformation of resources due to the impact of scientific and technological progress. Trends in world trade of beef in the world are very similar to the dynamics of production, growth in global meat production causes and growth of exports and imports. Thus, in the medium and long term perspective will remain relevant questions about the incidence of animals and availability of antibiotics in animal feed, but experts predict that the growth of world trade in beef will remain stable. In developed countries increases requirements for beef quality: demand for boneless beef, marble beef and specific cut (meat for barbecue) increases. While some countries are leading in a position on the export volume, others focus their efforts on the value of exports thanks to the implementation of higher quality products for profitable markets. Export and import of beef from 2006 to 2011 increased in almost all countries, the world market for beef predetermined period increased by 13.5%. The main exporters of beef in the world are India, Brazil, Australia, the USA, the Netherlands and Germany, and importers - Russia, the USA, Japan, the Netherlands, Italy and France.
