The purpose of the research was the complex study of the BioR remedy effect on broilers‘ health and productivity. The BioR remedy, produced in the Republic of Moldova, is obtained from Spirulina platensis using modern technologies. The study was carried out in production conditions and involved 5 groups of meat chickens(1 control and 4 experimental groups), each of 30 broilers. The tested remedy was administrated twice: on the 9th and on the 21st day of life, each experimental group receiving a different dose, while the broilers from the control group were injected saline. It was established that the BioR remedy is well tolerated by broilers. Its inclusion in the prophylactic treatment regimen of chickens significantly contributes to the decline in the level of endotoxicosis marker indices (necrotic substances and medium- molecular-weight substances). To the end of the study a decrease of 24,2-43,2% of necrotic substances in the blood serum in all experimental groups compared to the control was established, while serum level of medium-weight-molecules decreased by 1, 4-1,8 times. The BioR remedy in optimal dose induces a veridical increase of histidine dipeptides.
