Insight into vine adaptability to climate changes under temperate climate conditions, is of particular interest. In this context, maps that characterize the dates of phenological grapevine phase manifestation have been developed given the geographic latitude and absolute altitude of the territory and essential spatial differentiation in the manifestation has been found. For example, budburst occurs with a delay of 8 days from south to north and flowering takes place with a delay of 12 days. The findings may be indispensable in agricultural practices for optimal distribution of vineyard plantations in the new climatic conditions.
