Estimating technical efficiency of agriculture production is important for policy purposes. The study examined the technical efficiency of pineapple production of Subang district using cross section data from 142 pineapple growers. Primary data were collected from 4 villages in Subang districts in May-June 2013. Cobb-Douglas production function model was used to estimate farm level technical efficiency using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) Method. The results showed that seed, hired labor, plant growth regulator, drug and chemical fertilizer have a positive and significant influence on pineapple yield. The average farm level of technical efficiency was 58.6 percent. The technical inefficiency was significantly affected by farmer's age, farming experience and off-farm income and lands' ownership. The study revealed that there is possibility to further increase pineapple productivity.
