Growth rate of piglets until weaning or until the end of the first rearing period was monitored in the only Slovenian autochthonous breed - Krskopolje pig. For the evaluation of growth rate during lactation (until weaning), piglets (n=156) from 7 organic and 11 conventional farms were weighed.
