2008-2011 Yılları arasında koyunlarda Brusellozun araştırılması ve önceki yıllarla karşılaştırılması | Investigation of sheep Brucellosis between 2008-2011 and comparison of the results with the previous years

In this study, between 2008-2011, the blood serum samples and sheep fetus materials transferred from the provinces under the responsibility of Central Veterinary Control Research Institute were examined. While 321 out of 1579 (20.32%) sheep blood sera were found to be positive by complement fixation test, of the bacteriologically examined sheep fetus materials, Brucella spp. was isolated from the 47 out of 252. In 2008 and subsequent 3 years, Brucella antibody positivity was found to be 25.10% (59/235), 25.76% (42/163), 21.84% (71/325), and 17.40% (149/856), respectively. As a result of the bacteriological examination of sheep fetus materials, in 2008 and subsequent 3 years, Brucella spp. isolation rate was determined as 10.93% (7.64), 25.58% (11/43), 21.81% (12/55), and 18.88% (17/90), respectively. The distribution of the results among the years was compared with the results of 2 retrospective studies and 2011 Brucella Surveillance. As a result, the latest information about sheep Brucellosis was obtained in the region.

اللغة التركية. Bu çalışmada, 2008-2011 yılları arasında Veteriner Kontrol Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü sorumluluğundaki illerden gelen kan serum örnekleri ve koyun fötal materyaller incelendi. Toplam 1579 koyun serum örneğinin 321 (%20.32)'i Brucella antikorları yönünden komplement fiksasyon testi ile pozitif bulunurken, bakteriyolojik incelemeye alınan 252 koyun fetus materyalinin 47 (%18.65)'sinde Brucella spp. izole edilmiştir. 2008 yılı ve ardı sıra gelen 3 yıl zarfında, Brucella antikor pozitifliği sırasıyla; %25.10 (59/235), %25.76 (42/163), %21.84 (71/325), %17.40 (149/856) bulundu. Laboratuvarımıza gönderilen koyun fetus materyallerinin bakteriyolojik incelemesi neticesinde, 2008 yılı ve ardı sıra gelen 3 yıl zarfında, Brucella spp. izolasyon oranı ise sırasıyla; %10.93 (7.64), %25.58 (11/43), %21.81 (12/55) ve %18.88 (17/90) olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçların söz konusu yıllar içerisindeki dağılımları, daha önce yapılan 2 retrospektif çalışma ve 2011 surveylans sonuçları ile karşılaştırılarak, bölgede en son koyun Bruselloz durumu konusunda bilgi edinildi.
