VKMAE 2007-2011 Sığır Bruselloz seroloji verileri | 2007-2011 VCCRI Bovine Brucellosis serologic data

In this study, between 2007-2011, 30944 bovine blood sera sent from the herds found in brucellosis risky provinces under the responsibility of Veterinary Control Central Research Institute (VCCRI) were examined. 13244 bovine blood sera from Government Farms and 7679 bovine blood sera from imported cattles were also examined for the purpose of Brucella control. All the serum samples were investigated by Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT), Serum Aglutination Test (SAT) and Complement Fixation Test (CFT). Of 30944 blood bovine sera sent from the Brucella risky herds, 6913 (22.34%) sera were found to be antibody positive. 2007 and subsequent 4 years, the rate of antibody positivity was determined as 30.56%, 25.96%, 24.17%, 18.70% and 17.28%, respectively. Antibody positivity was not determined in the bovine blood sera examined for the purpose of Brucella control. Our laboratory data will be an evaluation of bovine brucellosis in the provinces under the responsibility of our institute during a 5 years period.

Bu çalışmada, 2007-20011 yılları arasında Veteriner Kontrol Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü (VKMAE) sorumluluğundaki illerde Bruselloz riski taşıyan sürülerden gönderilen 30944 sığırın kan serumu incelendi. Tarım işletmelerinden 13244, ithal sığırlardan 7679 sığır kan serumu da Brucella yönünden kontrol amaçlı incelemeye alındı. Serum örneklerinin tümü Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT), Serum Aglutinasyon Testi (SAT) ve Komplement Fiksasyon Testi (KFT) ile çalışıldı. Bruselloz riski taşıyan sürülerden gönderilen 30944 sığır kan serumunun 6913'ü (%22.34) Brucella antikorları yönünden pozitif bulunmuştur. 2007 ve ardı sıra gelen 4 yıl boyunca, tespit edilen antikor pozitiflik oranları sırasıyla; %30.56, %25.96, %24.17, %18.70 ve %17.28'dir. Kontrol amaçlı incelemeye alınan sığır kan serumu örneklerinde antikor pozitifliğine rastlanmadı. Laboratuvarımız verileri, 5 yıllık periyotta Enstitümüz sorumluluğundaki illerde sığırlarda Brusellozun değerlendirmesi niteliğinde olacaktır.
