Legal requirements and the impact of trade and industrial policies on the competitiveness of the EEA processing agricultural enterprises of Belarus

إنجليزي. In a course of the research there were studied the main international treaties and agreements concluded by states of the Eurasian Economic Community. The factors, that decreased the competitiveness of the Belarusian food, were analyzed. Measures for its improvement were suggested. As a result of realized research there was revealed that in connection with the creation of single economic space issues of improving the competitiveness of Belarusian foodstuffs have become particularly relevant. The processes of globalization are inextricably linked with the strengthening of economic integration. In the territory of CES there are new favorable conditions for business development, harmonized and unified standards, conduct a coordinated economic policy, provided the freedom of business activity, competition, integration of infrastructure (energy, transport and communications). According to the classical scheme of stages of economic integration, the SES can be defined as the overall market. This step follows the steps in the integration, as a preferential trade agreement, a free trade area and a customs union. Thus, the creation of EEA is an evolutionary and consistent and promote: the development of trade and investment among its members, ensuring the sustainable development of their economies on the basis of universally recognized principles and norms of international law and WTO rules and principles, strengthening cohesion and the development of economic potential, enhance the competitiveness of the economies of the EEA members in foreign markets.

В статье рассмотрены основные международные договоры и соглашения, заключенные государствами ЕАЭС, договорно-правовая база в отношении обязательных требований к производимой продукции предприятиями пищевой промышленности в условиях вхождения Беларуси в Евразийское экономическое пространство. Проанализированы факторы, снижающие конкурентоспособность белорусского продовольствия и предложены меры по его повышению.
