Basic directions of increasing the efficiency of pigs growing and feeding on farms in the Grodno region

الروسية. В современных условиях функционирования мясного подкомплекса Республики Беларусь проблема повышения эффективности выращивания и откорма свиней имеет важное экономическое значение. От ее решения во многом зависит обеспечение населения продовольствием, увеличение размеров прибыли предприятий и укрепление их экономики. В связи с этим статья посвящена всестороннему анализу эффективности выращивания и откорма свиней в хозяйствах Гродненской области, выявлению основных путей повышения эффективности отрасли. К числу первоочередных мер по развитию свиноводства принадлежит улучшение кормовой базы. Необходимо полностью перейти на использование зерна в составе комбикормов, сбалансированных по энергии, аминокислотному составу, витаминами и минеральными компонентами. Это позволит, не увеличивая затраты кормов в свиноводстве, практически удвоить производство свинины. В рамках развития селекционно-генетического потенциала необходимо создание свиноводческих селекционно-гибридных центров, поддержка региональных систем гибридизации свиней с использованием дотаций племенным хозяйствам и центрам из государственного бюджета в реконструкции производственных объектов, приобретении нового оборудования, улучшение ветеринарного обслуживания свиноводческих предприятий, поставка высокоэффективных ветеринарных препаратов, современные методы диагностики, профилактики и лечения животных. В сфере организационно-управленческих решений необходимы: господдержка лизинговых программ по обновлению основных фондов свиноводческих предприятий (включая кормопроизводство), закупки племенного молодняка свиней, мероприятия, позволяющие реализовать инновационные технологии для достижения высоких показателей эффективности и конкурентоспособности.

إنجليزي. In modern conditions of meat industry functioning in Belarus the problem of increasing the efficiency of pigs growing and feeding has considerable economic importance. Providing the population with food, increasing the profits of enterprises and strengthening their economies depend on the solution of this problem. This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of pig breeding and fattening on the farms in Grodno region, detection of ways to improve the efficiency of the industry. Among the priority measures for the development of the pig-breeding belong to improve feed supply. It is necessary to pass completely to the use of grain in the composition of compound feed, balanced on energy, amino acid composition, vitamins and mineral components. This will allow, without increasing the feed expense in pig breeding, almost to double the pork production. As part of the development of breeding-and-genetic potential it is necessary to create pig breeding-and-hybrid centers, support of regional pig hybridization systems using subsidies for breeding farms and centers from the state budget in the reconstruction of production facilities, purchase of the new equipment, improvement of veterinary service of the pig-breeding enterprises, delivery of high-performance veterinary preparations, modern methods of diagnosis, preventive maintenance and treatment of animals. In sphere of organizational-administrative decisions are necessary: state support of leasing programs for the renewal of fixed assets of the pig-breeding enterprises (including feed production), purchases of pedigree young growth of pigs, the actions, allowing to realize innovative technologies for achievement of high indicators of efficiency and competitiveness.
