Antimicrobial properties of disperse forms of lipids and polyhexamethyleneguanidine

إنجليزي. Most of disinfecting substances based upon derivatives of poly-hexamethylene-guanidine represent water solutions creating defensive membranes after drying up and providing anti-microbial defense of treated surface. But the main shortcoming of the above-mentioned substances appears their low mechanical stability. Use of dispersion substances made of colloid forms of lipids with poly-guanidine allows solving the problem. The main goal of the research appears development of antibacterial properties of stable dispersions made of triglycerides of fatty acids combined with poly-hexamethylene-guanidine hydrochloride. Stable dispersion formed of oleic acid triglycerides in conjunction with polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride has been obtained. Triglycerides of oleic acid of high-scale purification have been used for the experiment. Bactericide properties of colloids of triglycerides of oleic acid and poly-hexamethylene-guanidine hydrochloride towards to Pseudomonas fluorescent bacteria have been analyzed. Oxygen consumption by survivor bacteria after treatment with triglyceride colloids and poly-hexamethylene-guanidine hydrochloride has been measured. Suggested forms of dispersions have strong bactericide properties in concentration of 0.04% and above (of active material). The substances ensure reduction of test bacteria cells number in five degrees or more. Thus respiratory activity of obligate-aerobic bacteria is reduced more than nine times.

Получены стабильные дисперсные формы триглицеридов олеиновой кислоты в сочетании с полигекса-метиленгуанидингидрохлоридом, которые в концентрации 0,04 % и выше (по действующему веществу) обладают выраженными бактерицидными свойствами - обеспечивают снижение численности клеток тест-бактерий на пять порядков и более. При этом респираторная активность облигатно-аэробных бактерий снижается более чем в 9 раз.
