It has been established that CO2 influence on speed of photosynthesis is seems to be similar to that of inhibitor of phosphorylation sodium fluoride, which prevents migration of light harvesting complexes from photosystem2 to photosystem1. It appears one of the mechanisms of photosynthesis inhibition within high concentrations of carbon dioxide and can restrict the process of photosynthesis during plant growing in the medium with high concentration of CO2.

An excessive concentration of CO2 leads to photosynthesis inhibition. Therefore, the main goal of the research appears evaluation of the influence of exceed concentration of carbon dioxide on the indexes of induction curves of chlorophyll fluorescence. The action of carbon dioxide on electron transport of photosystem2 has been analyzed in the course of the research. The object of the research appears green leaves of 7-days seedlings of Hordeum vulgare, grown in regime of 14 hours of light and 10 hours of darkness within temperature + 23 C. For the interpretation of the results the barley plants have been exposed to inhibitor of photosystem2 N-3,4-dichlorophenyl-N'
