Technology of soil tillage appears one of the most important factors, influencing the growth and development of agricultural crops along with formation of the crop yield. Besides, tillage system directly influences the level of soil degradation, determined with water, air and thermal composition of the soil. Destruction of the soil layer leads to crop yield decline. Therefore, development of the methods declining soil overstocking appears a serious scientific challenge. The article provides a detailed consideration of the problem of overstocking of the soil and the ways of its reduction. Influence of the driving machines of agricultural equipment on soil density has been analyzed. Technological decisions aimed on soil overstocking decline have been enumerated. Crop yield increase concerned with application of optimal tilling systems has been measured. Comparative analysis of agricultural crops’ development within different tilling technologies has been presented. Method of deep soil loosening has been evaluated. Special equipment (rippers) of different trademarks have been compared and analyzed. Constructive and technological schemes of deep loosening machines for layer-by-layer unlock treatment and for consequential layer-by-layer loosening have been presented.
