Genetic peculiarities of wild allotetraploid potato (Solanum) species as the object of breeding

إنجليزي. Wild allotetraploid species of Solanum appear the source of essential genes for the selection of disease and resistant potato species. Some of wild species of potato represent resistance to X- and Y-viruses of potato, Globodera Pallida, Globodera rostochinensis and Meloidogyne resistance, cold and heat stress tolerance. Therefore the main goal of the research appears the analysis of the genetic peculiarities of wild allotetraploid potato species (according to literature sources and own researches) and development of the new approaches for the effective utilization of wild species’ genetic pool for potato selection. The available information about the peculiarities of genomes of wild allotetraploid potato species, their origin and evolution have been analyzed in the review. There were examined the problems of hybridization between wild allotetraploid species and cultivated potato and methods of introgression into breeding of their valuable germplasm. Special attention was attended to the phenomenon of the production of diploid hybrids in crosses between allotetraploid species and Solanum tuberosum diploid clones, its significance for potato genetics and breeding. The questions on the origin of allotetraploid species that need further investigation have been discussed.

الروسية. Проанализирована существующая информация об особенностях геномов аллотетраплоидных диких видов картофеля, их происхождении и эволюции. Рассмотрены проблемы гибридизации между аллотетраплоидными дикими видами и культурным картофелем и способы вовлечения в селекцию их ценного генофонда. Особое внимание уделено явлению образования диплоидных гибридов в скрещиваниях между аллотетраплоидными видами и дигаплоидами S. tuberosum, его значению для генетики и селекции картофеля. Обсуждаются вопросы, связанные с происхождением аллотетраплоидных видов картофеля, которые требуют дальнейшего изучения.
