Theoretical aspects of forming the development of holding companies

На современном этапе развития экономики Республики Беларусь для многих компаний становится актуальным вопрос совершенствования организационной структуры, расширения сферы деятельности, выхода на новые рынки. Одним из шагов структурной перестройки отечественных предприятий является дальнейшее развитие холдинговых кампаний. Исследованы особенности и многогранность функционирования холдинговых кампаний в современных условиях, предлагается классифицировать холдинги по предложенным признакам. Таким образом, холдинговая структура организации бизнеса способствует расширению хозяйственной деятельности компании, увеличению своей доли присутствия на рынке, объединению профильных производств в единую систему. Важно также создать свою сырьевую базу, которая позволит обеспечить производство необходимым сырьем. В Беларуси данная проблема есть, так как сырьевые базы не включаются в холдинговые компании, особенно в агропромышленном комплексе.

At the present stage of economic development of Belarus for many companies becomes relevant the issue of improving the organizational structure, expanding the scope of activities expand into new markets. One of the steps the restructuring of domestic enterprises is a further development of the holding companies. In a course of the research there were studied features and versatility of operation of the holding companies in the present conditions, it was proposed to classify the holding companies by the proposed criteria. Thus, the holding structure of business organization contributes to the expansion of the economic activities of the company, to increase its share of the market presence, to unite the core industries into a single system. It is also important to create its own raw materials base, which will ensure the production of necessary raw materials. In Belarus this problem exists, as raw materials bases are not included in holding companies, especially in the agro-industrial complex.
