Performance traits of pigs of the new plant type ‘Polessky’ in the Landrace breed

Изучены продуктивные качества достаточно большой популяции животных породы ландрас, представлены методы создания нового заводского типа ‘Полесский’ с высокими воспроизводительными качествами, повышенной энергией роста при низких затратах корма и хорошими мясными качествами туш. Цель работы – создание новых заводских структур в породе ландрас, которые сочетали в себе высокие репродуктивные, откормочные и мясные качества. Учитывая достаточно большую численность свиней нового генотипа, ареал их разведения и сформированную генеалогическую структуру племенных стад, высокие воспроизводительные, откормочные и мясные качества животных, которые стойко наследуются потомством, а также высокий уровень адаптационных возможностей, стрессоустойчивости создан новый заводской тип &#039

Performance traits of quite a large population of the Landrace breed animals are studied, methods for creation of the new breed type ‘Polessky’ with high reproductive performance and an increased growth of energy at a low feed cost and good meat traits of carcasses are presented. The aim of the work was the creation of new breed structures in the Landrace breed, which combined high reproductive, fattening and meat qualities. A new breed type ‘Polessky’ in Landrace breed was created considering a rather large number of pigs of the new genotype, the range of their breeding and the genealogical structure of the breeding stocks, also high reproductive, fattening and meat qualities of animals that are inherently inherited by the offspring, as well as the high level of adaptability and resistance. Sows of the breed type are characterized by high indicators of reproductive signs. The predicted indicators of fattening and meat characteristics in breed-type animals have been achieved. The age of reaching a live weight of 100 kg on the average by type was 155 days, the average daily weight gain was 858 g, the feed costs per 1 kg of gain were 2.8 fodder units, the thickness of the fat was 9.0 mm, the slaughter yield was 68.1 %.

в породе ландрас. Свиноматки заводского типа отличаются высокими показателями репродуктивных признаков. Достигнуты прогнозируемые показатели откормочных и мясных признаков у животных заводского типа. Возраст достижения живой массы 100 кг в среднем по типу составил 155 сут., среднесуточный прирост – 858 г, затраты корма на 1 кг прироста – 2,8 к. ед., толщина шпика – 9,0 мм, убойный выход – 68,1 %.
