Efficiency of biological preparation Ekosad against diseases of apple fruit during harvest and storage

In 2014-2016, in the department of storage and processing of Institute for Fruit Growing conducted a study on the impact of biological preparation Ekosad on plant pathogens of apple fruit during the growing season and storage. Efficacy of Ekosad as finishing treatment of apple fruit depends on the intensity of the integrated plant protection system of the garden during the growing season. The effect of the biopreparation is more expressed at the more intensive system of garden protection (2015). In the year of intensive development of the diseases (2014) the inhibitory effect on pathogens at a high infectious background (2014) is significantly reduced. Only threefold application of Ekosad significantly reduced the development of fruit rot in all varieties as compared to the control during the growing season. Complex application of integrated plant protection and biological preparation Ekosad provided complete protection against fruit rots on varieties: Imant , Darunak during harvesting and reduce losses from disease during long-term storage to the level of 0,53-3,81%, depending on the variety.

В 2014-2016 гг. в отделе хранения и переработки РУП «Институт плодоводства» проводили исследования по изучению влияния биопрепарата Экосад на поражаемость плодов яблони фитопатогенами во время вегетации и хранения. Эффективность применения биологического препарата Экосад в качестве финишной обработки плодов яблони во многом зависит от интенсивности интегрированной системы защиты сада в период вегетации. Действие биопрепарата сильнее проявляется при более интенсивной системе защиты сада (2015 г.). Ингибирующее действие на возбудителей болезней при высоком инфекционном фоне (2014 г.) существенно снижается. Только трехкратное применение биопрепарата Экосад достоверно снизило развитие плодовой гнили у всех сортов по сравнению с контролем во время вегетации. Комплексное применение интегрированной системы защиты растений и биологического препарата Экосад обеспечило полную защиту от плодовой гнили у сортов Имант, Дарунак при уборке и снижение потерь от комплекса болезней во время длительного хранения до уровня 0,53-3,81% в зависимости от сорта.
