Influence of salicylic acid on the structural and functional state of the photosynthetic apparatus and the oxidizing status of the barley plants under Bipolaris Sorokiniana (Sacc.) shoem infection and increased temperature

الروسية. Цель работы – изучение влияния салициловой кислоты на структурно-функциональное состояние фотосинтетического аппарата и окислительный статус растений ячменя в условиях инфицирования патогенным грибом B. sorokiniana и гипертермии. Установлено, что салициловая кислота положительно влияет на устойчивость зеленых проростков ячменя (Hordeum vulgare L.) при совместном воздействии на них патогенной инфекции Bipolaris sorokiniana и гипертермии. Это выражается в нормализации функционирования фотосинтетического аппарата, снижении процессов пероксидного окисления липидов клеточных мембран, повышении пула H2O2, участвующей в запуске защитных систем клетки, повышении активности НАДФН-оксидазы, осуществляющей генерацию активных форм кислорода при инфицировании растений патогенами и активации пероксидаз.

Decline of crop yield of high-productive agricultural plants is usually determine with insufficient resistance of crops to numerous stress factors (biotic and abiotic), influencing the plants all the time. Therefore, one of the most important scientific challenges appears definition of the main directions of plant resistance to phytopathogens and plant diseases, causing essential damage to agricultural industry. During the research it has been found that salicylic acid has a positive effect on the stability of green barley seedlings (Hordeum vulgare L.) under the combined effect of pathogenic infection of Bipolaris sorokiniana and hyperthermia. Positive effect of salicylic acid is expressed in normalization of functioning of the photosynthetic apparatus. The reduction of peroxidation processes in cell membrane lipids, increasing of H202 pool, involved in triggering of the protective cell systems. The increase of NADPH-oxidase activity, involved in the generation of active oxygen forms upon infection of the plants with pathogens and peroxidase activation.
