Plant growth promoting effect of introduced Bacillus subtilis strains depending on the composition of the growing media

إنجليزي. Development of biopreparations of wide spectre of action based upon plant growth stimulating bacteria (plant growth promoting rhizobacteria) appears a serious scientific problem. Such bacteria are used to be admitted in increasing plant nutrition, promoting production of biologically active substances, declining phytopathogens and strenthening plant disease resistance. The article deals with evaluation of viability and development of introduced antagonist bacteria Bacillus subtilis of M 9/6, 10/19 and 7MR strains and analysis of peculiarities of growth and development of lettuce leaves on biologically active organic and mineral substrates. It has been detected that Bacillus subtilis strains M 9/6, 10/19 and 7MR achieved high survival rates in peat-based substrates and the rhizosphere of plants and the ability to inhabit the development of pathogens. Growth promotion activity detected in Bacillus subtilis M 9/6, biomass of lettuce leaf increased almost 4.5 times compared with the control group (without fertilizers). The addition of bentonite or clay in bacterial peat-based growing media increases the productivity of lettuce, respectively, 29.8 and 42.5% in comparison with the plants grown on such substrate.

Цель настоящей работы – изучение приживаемости и динамики развития интродуцированных бактерий-антагонистов B. subtilis штаммов М 9/6, 10/19 и 7МР в ризосфере растений и особенностей роста и развития салата листового на биологически активных органо-минеральных субстратах, различающихся компонентным составом. Установлены высокая приживаемость в почвогрунтах и ризосфере растений бактерий Bacillus subtilis штаммов M 9/6, 10/19 и 7MR, а также их способность эффективно подавлять развитие патогенов. Наиболее выраженная росторегулирующая активность обнаружена у бактерий штамма М9/6, при этом биомасса листьев салата листового увеличилась практически в 4,5 раза по сравнению с контрольной группой (без применения удобрений). Добавление бентонита или глины в почвогрунт способствует увеличению продуктивности салата на 29,8 и 42,5% соответственно в сравнении с таковой у растений, выращиваемых на бактериальном субстрате.
