Agro-tourist cluster structure development modeling

الروسية. Подняты вопросы организации агро-туристического кластера. Предложена универсальная структурная модель его создания на основе пяти процессов. Предложен вариант расчета количества потенциальных участников кластера. Приведена модель организации агро-туристического кластера в Могилевской области. Кластеры могут стать началом эффективного экономического развития сельских регионов. Кластерный подход является источником создания новых форм объединения, стимулированием инвестиций и инновационных форм развития. В общем, структура кластеров зависит от имеющихся в стране, регионе агро-туристических возможностей и рекреационного потенциала. Предложенная универсальная структурная модель является основой для построения частных кластерных систем. Высокий уровень конкуренции в таком секторе туризма, как агро-экотуризм обуславливает необходимость поиска эффективных форм организации данного вида услуга. Кластеры могут стать основой эффективного экономического развития регионов, являясь инновационными системами и одновременно с этим эффективными инвестиционными объектами.

إنجليزي. In a course of the research there were studied the questions about the organization of rural tourism cluster. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was suggested a universal structural model of its creation based on five processes, and a variant of calculation of the number of potential participants in the cluster. A model of organization of rural tourism cluster in Mogilev region was presented. Clusters can be the beginning of effective economic development of rural areas. The cluster approach is a source of new forms of association, promotion of investment and innovative forms of development. In general, the structure of clusters depends on the available in the country, region, agro-tourism opportunities and recreational potential. The proposed universal structural model is the basis for building of private cluster systems. The high level of competition in this sector, tourism, agro-ecotourism as the causes need to find effective forms of organization of this type of service. Clusters can be the basis of effective regional economic development, as innovation systems, and at the same time the efficiency of investment objects.
