Biochemical structure of fruits of a cornel, mountain ash ordinary and aronia mitschurinii depending on a genotype at their introduction in Belarus

إنجليزي. Introduced varieties such as cornel, mountain ash and aronia mitschurinii represent a species possessing high potential of medicinal horticulture. Fruit parts of these plants are characterized with high content of chemical substances such as free organic, ascorbic and phenolic acids, carbohydrates and bioflavonoids possessing high medicinal activity. The main goal of the research presented in the article appears evaluation of the biochemical structure of fruits of cornel, mountain ash and aronia mitschurinii depending on a genotypes during their introduction in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The results of the comparative analysis carried out during the biennial cycle of averaged observations are presented. The coefficients of variation of 15 quantitative characteristics of biochemical composition of the fruit of the dogwood, mountain ash and chokeberry are analyzed. It is shown that all three species of lower variability in taxonomic ranks are characterized by content of dry fruit and pectin, and the content of anthocyanin and total bioflavonoids is represented with the highest variability.

С целью установления степени зависимости от генотипа количественных характеристик биохимического состава плодов вышеуказанных видов в 2013–2014 гг. было проведено сравнение уровней их изменчивости в таксономических рядах данных плодовых культур. На основании сравнительного анализа усредненных в двулетнем цикле наблюдений в таксономических рядах кизила настоящего, рябины обыкновенной и аронии Мичурина коэффициентов вариации 15 количественных характеристик биохимического состава плодов наиболее высокий интегральный уровень их генетической детерминированности установлен у аронии черноплодной. У кизила настоящего и рябины обыкновенной он был соответственно в 1.6 и 2.9 раза ниже. У всех трех видов наименьшей изменчивостью в таксономических рядах характеризовалось содержание в плодах сухих и пектиновых веществ, тогда как наибольшей - содержание антоцианов и общее количество биофлавоноидов.
